This demonstrates that a fraction is part of something (coloured blue).
For example 3/4 (where Numerator is 3 and Denominator is 4), the blue portion will be 75% of the circle.
The Numerator (top) should not be greater than the Denominator (bottom). Otherwise its all blue.
